Prior to real estate, Charmaine managed a resort in the Whitsundays where she worked for over a decade until the call of her family (and ocean waves!) brought her back to her beautiful hometown.
From Assistant Property Manager to licensed Property Manager, Charmaine is loving being able to adapt to the great new environment of property management with the wonderful W&R team who share her ideals to provide the very best service.
Positivity and problem solving are Charmaine’s strengths which she utilises to ensure all matters are being quickly and smoothly dealt with. Excellent communication with tenants and owners is her priority and she believes that having a rental property should be an enjoyable experience for you!
When it comes to life outside of work, Charmaine is addicted to the ocean so will be around it in some way or another- whether swimming, boating or just walking her dog on the beach.
