Albany born and raised Rachael started with Arthur Johnston Snowball in 2013 as our Director of first impressions where she also gained experience in marketing and assisted in the sales co-ordinators role.
With exposure to the wider real estate industry Rachael came to realise that she wants to make a career in the industry and was therefore promoted to Leasing Consultation in August 2014 where she quickly developed a reputation for going above and beyond in order to secure the “right tenant, for the right property”.
In January 2016 Rachael moved to Perth and furthered her career as a Property Manager Assistant for one of Perth’s top large real estate agencies. In this role Rachael assisted three property managers and managed over 230 properties. Shortly after commencing this new role, she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager.
During her time in Perth, Rachael experienced the slowdown in the rental market which was compounded by a portfolio of mainly CBD fully furnished apartments – equipping her with the necessary strong negotiation skills needed of a property manager.
